The only amendment that we consider desirable is that the General Loan and Inscribed Stock Ordinance should confer specific power upon us to decide as to whether a Loan should be issued in the form of Stock or Dehantures, which your letter of the 21st of February No.5012/1905 informs us that the Lagos Ordinance
